Glyph
This amazing package was sent over to me recently by the team over at Bolverk Games. I love getting goodies in the mail, and whilst I know a lot of games are digital only, particularly with indie titles, I do really love having something physical from them too.
Inside this package is a bunch of yummy snacks from Denmark, as well as an awesome 3D printed Glyph puzzle, and a little Glyph book detailing some things about Bolverk as well as the game itself.
The Glyph puzzle is one of the more unique promo items I’ve ever received. Upon opening the box, you could tell there was something inside as it rattled. But I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to get it open. After about 10 minutes of head-scratching and a fair bit of profanity, I got it open! My review key was written out inside just for me - this made it feel really special, as it has my name on it and everything :) Maybe I’m just a sentimental sap, but that really made me happy to see.
I’ve included tonnes of photos above for if you want to check it all out :) I’m so grateful to receive things like this, as it’s such a thoughtful package and I was excited to try all of the treats, so here are our opinions of them:
Cocio Milk - really nice. Tried it with hotdogs as recommended in the notes - Eva thought this was so we could dip them haha. Maybe slightly too bitter for my usual taste, but definitely really tasty.
Lemon Half Moon - The notes said that this isn’t very lemony… I disagree! Very pungent lemon taste, but again really nice. I’m a fan of citrus flavours, so this was great for me :)
Haribo Piratos - oh my God. These were so unbelievably salty. Like, I know they warned me in the note but wow. I was so shocked by how salty they were. I don’t even have any other words to describe them other than pure salt.
Thank you, once again, to Bolverk Games for my gift - I am currently playing Glyph and will have a review up shortly, so please keep checking back for more.
